Unplanned outage at the datacentre, causing all UK Pro Server hosting to be offline.
Engineers are investigating....

Our team are in contact with the data center currently, who are working to restore services as soon as possible.

We will also provide a post-mortem against the incident within the next 72 hours.

We’re pleased to confirm that the data centre outage has now been resolved and all services are back up and running. We know this was a long period of downtime, and we are incredibly grateful for your patience while our team worked to get this sorted.

As things get back to normal, here are a few quick things to bear in mind:

Temporary performance impact: While everything is fully operational, you might notice things running a little slower than usual for a short while as our systems catch up and the load balances out.

Hello,

This is a notice for EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE on the Cloud Platform.

In order to prevent future issues we need to change some of the underlying virtual hardware for the server London-Cloud2.

As part of this change the Cloud Server will have to be rebooted, during this time email will be queued at the origin server and pages with third party caching setup will continue to operate.

Any websites being served directly and any backend/administration pages will not operate for a period during this window.

EXPECTED IMPACT
We expect the Cloud Server to be offline for up to 15 minutes during the above window, however a full file system check will be required and it is difficult to predict now long this will take.

Important Server Upgrades (Resolved) Critical

The Operating System on the server hosting the aforementioned service(s) will reach its End of Life status after July 31st, 2024. Therefore, we are arranging a maintenance window to conduct an in-place upgrade.

As part of this change the Cloud Server will be rebooted multiple times, and ALL services will be unavailable whilst the upgrade is ongoing.

During this period, incoming emails will be queued at the origin server, and pages utilizing third-party caching setups will remain functional. However, please note that any websites served directly and backend/administration pages will experience temporary unavailability.

There will be no changes to PHP and MySQL versions.
