Our team have taken measures to offer improved stability, scalability & redundancy, by migrating our servers to a new Datacentre. With this migration, the team now have more control on servers, while also minimising dependency and impact from any third-party outages.
In addition to the migration, the team have also revamped the hardware infrastructure, upgrading the architecture to make it more resilient.
This is a direct result from the email downtime in April, where a third-party power supplier suffered an outage, taking systems offline.
Owing to these enhancements and to reflect the value of our offering more accurately we will be revising our prices on Domain Privacy Protect and email hosting.
Business Cloud Mail will increase from £1.49 to £1.59 monthly per mailbox.
Enterprise Cloud Mail will increase from £2.99 to £3.49 monthly per mailbox.
This is of course still great value when compared to services like Google GSuite mailboxes.
Domain privacy will increase from £3.99 to £5.99 annually.
This will come into effect from July 17th.
